Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the original invoice to ensure valid processing.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your location to collect the package at a time convenient for you.

  Quality Check & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a store credit or process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
